Located in the middle of our working farm, Adeline House is the perfect retreat for those looking for a place to take a step back and reconnect with nature.

The house is part of our Adirondack farm, where we strive to apply sustainable farming practices in our beef and sheep grazing you can find our products at our farm store a stone's throw from the Adeline house.

Our grasslands and forest home loads of wildlife that may reveal themselves to the observant with a little bit of patience.

We also cultivate shiitake mushrooms and have a certified wild mushroom forager that can take the more adventurous for a guided tour.
